A junior rodeo will be held by the Double D Rodeo Company at the South Logan County Fairgrounds arena in Booneville on May 10 and 11.
The rodeo, which is a fundraiser for the South Logan County Fair, starts at 7 p.m. each night.
Events for those 7 and under are mutton busting, goat undercoating, barrels and poles and the entry fee for each event is $25.
Events and entry fees for those 8 to 13 are calf riding, barrels, poles and goat undercoating for $25; breakaway for $30; or steer riding for $35.
Events and entry fees for those 14 to 19 are goat tying, barrels, and poles for $25; breakaway or team roping for $30 (per man in team roping); chute doggin’ for $35; and bull and bronc riding for $45.
There is also an open competition for bronc, bulls and barrels, all at $55, or team roping at $40 per man.

Otherwise books will close one hour before each night’s performance and all minors must have a parent or guardian present to sign a release form.
Tickets are $6 and kids 4 and under are admitted without charge.
