James E. Wigley

James E. Wigley, 68, of Booneville, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013.

He served in the Army as a demolitions expert during the Vietnam War and was a manager at Petrus Auto Sales in Fort Smith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Gilbert Wigley and Lois Hicks; his uncle, D.W. McEntire, who raised him as his own; and one aunt, Hazel Scott.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013 at Booneville Funeral Service chapel with burial at Carolan Cemetery under the direction of Booneville Funeral Service.

He is survived by four daughters, Victoria Hardy of Fort Smith, Gina Godfrey of Fort Worth, Texas, LaCrissa Godfrey of Lake Elsinore, Calif., and Jeanett Ellen Wigley; one son, William Joseph Wigley of Fort Worth, Texas; four sisters, Debra Young of Booneville, Judy Catlett, Cathleen Wigley, and Laura Lee Wigley; six brothers, Marty McEntire and Monty McEntire, both of Booneville, James A. McEntire, Bobby Wayne Ivy, Steve Ivy and Ronnie Catlett; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; and one aunt, Ellen E. McEntire, who raised him as her own.

Pallbearers will be Dewayne Scott, Johnny Scott, Christopher Wigley, Joseph Wigley, Kenneth Scott, Sr. and Kenneth Scott, Jr. Honorary pallbearer is Chuck Patillo.
