Lula Mae Lowry, 91, of Havana, passed from this life on Sunday March 5, 2017 in Booneville. She was born Oct. 25, 1925 in Macomb, Okla., to Crit Chisom and Ollie Cleadell (Real) Riddle.

She was a homemaker and was a home health aide. She loved singing and playing the organ and harmonica and listening to music.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Leo Lowry and Charles Redmond; one son, William Redmond, and her parents.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Friday, March 10, at Roberts Memorial Chapel in Booneville with burial in Moore’s Chapel Cemetery, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

She is survived by four daughters, Annie Taylor of Havana, Cleodell Berwanger of Clovis, Calif., Vera Gilmore of Fort Smith, and Betty Smith of Booneville; four sons, Charles Redmond of Havana, and Paul Redmond, Donald Lowry, and Ted Lowry, all of Fresno, Calif.; 19 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.

Visitation will Thursday evening from 5 to 7 p.m., at Roberts Funeral Home.
