Wendell “Butch” Brown, 71, of Plano, Texas formerly of Lavaca, Arkansas, passed from this life on Saturday, June 16, 2018 in Plano, Texas. He was born September 15, 1946 in Richmond, California to the late Hunter C. and Beula Mae (Cummings) Brown.
Butch was an auto body repairman and business owner for many years and worked for Home Depot the last 15 years until his retirement. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and was a member of the VFW.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Juanita Brown; two daughters, Terry Wallace and Weetonna Roe; three sisters, Lavita, Patsy and Joyce; and a brother, Wayne Brown.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 20, at Roberts Memorial Chapel in Booneville with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Booneville — there will be no graveside service — under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
He is survived by one daughter, Tenna Inklebarger of Lavon, Texas; two sisters, Beverly McFadden of Lavaca, Arkansas and Janice Cline of Portland, Oregon ; four grandchildren, Jeremy, Aubry, Tristan and Trevor; many beloved nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
