Jacqueline Ann “Jackie” Brown, 74 of Kissimmee, Fla., passed away Thursday, Jan. 11, 2018 at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born in Magazine, the daughter of Jack Murphy Napier and Virginia Haller Napier. She moved to Kissimmee from Booneville in 1983.
She was a rancher, homemaker and a member of Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church, Loughman, Florida. “Jackie “was a member of National Cutting Horse Association, Florida Cattleman’s Association, Texas Cattleman’s Association, Silver Spurs Rodeo, founding member of Southland and Hope Christian Academy and supporter of World Wide Missions. She was a devout Christian and beloved “Granny”.
Survivors include husband, Ham Brown; two sons, Benny (Pam) Sanderson of Kissimmee, Fla.; Matthew (Jamie) Sanderson, Stephenville, Texas; grandchildren, Jennifer Buckles, Whitney Davis, Caleb Sanderson, Samantha Thornbrugh, Matthew J. Sanderson, Kara Sanderson, and Gracie Bales; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held 11 a.m, Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018 at Loch Haven Baptist Church, 14246 Boggy Creek Road, Orlando, Fla., 32824 with the Reverend Jimmy Franks officiating.
Casketbearers were Benny Sanderson, Matt Sanderson, Caleb Sanderson, Matthew J. Sanderson, Brandon Buckles, Ryan Thornbrugh, Andy Napier, Pug Harris and H.E. Brown.
Private family interment followed at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Kissimmee.
Visitation for friends was 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2018 at the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel, Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home.
