Eululia Joyce Mills, 82, a longtime resident of Fort Smith, Ark., passed from this life on Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017 in Fort Smith. She was born Feb. 18, 1935 in Waveland, Arkansas to Willie “Bud” and Onieda (Capps) Rogers.

Eululia and her husband Jimmy Mills were the former owner of the Cream Castle Dairy Bar in Mansfield, Mills Rooms Hotel in Booneville, Grand Lounge in Fort Smith, and Pocola Grocery and Market.

She loved gardening, cooking, canning, sewing and reading and spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Ray Mills; daughter, Susan Orr; her parent before mentioned, three brothers, Orville, Kenneth, and Loy Don Rogers, Sr.; and a sister, Willa Dean Mills.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct., 28, 2017 at Roberts Memorial Chapel in Booneville with burial in Moore’s Chapel Cemetery in Waveland, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., on Thursday at Roberts Funeral Home.

She is survived by two daughters, Peggy Allard of Fort Smith, Ark., and Sandra Moore of Howe, Okla.; three sisters, Christine Miller of Waveland, Nell Pruitt of Russellville and Patsy Taylor of Booneville; one brother, Billy Rogers of Fort Smith, Ark.; five grandchildren, Jimmy, Eric, Michael, Travis, and Amber; 11 great-grandchildren; special niece, Tammy Mills; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy, Eric, and Talen Allard, Billy Dean Mills, Jacob Mills and Aaron Brewer.
