Julia Frances Bell, 90, of Booneville, Ark., passed from this life Monday, Oct. 24, 2016 in Booneville. She was born Aug. 15, 1926 in Memphis, Tenn., to the late Eddie Caldwell and Birtye Mae (Nelson) Rust.

She was a homemaker, hairstylist, worked at Walmart and volunteered for years at the Booneville (now Mercy) Hospital. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star, and the Hospital Auxiliary.

She was an avid Bearcat fan and enjoyed working word search puzzles, and spending time with family especially the grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Dan Bell, Sr.; a son, Dan Bell, Jr.; sister, Betty Mainor; and a brother, Eddie Caldwell Rust, Jr.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016 at Roberts Memorial Chapel in Booneville with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Booneville under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

She is survived by three daughters, Judy Coulter and husband Dave of Atlanta, Ga., Terrie Henson of Booneville and Margie Hyatt and husband Scott of Booneville; two sons, Tommy Bell of Booneville and Bobby Bell and wife Glenda of Fort Smith; 15 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be grandsons, Chris Coulter, Jason Coulter, Jeff Henson, Jamie Henson, Chad Haller, Chase Haller, Taylor Hyatt, Tevis Gosey and Evan Bell.

Honorary pallbearers will be Josh and Anthony Bell.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5 to 7 p.m., at Roberts Funeral Home.
