The Booneville High School Basketball Homecoming activities will begin on Tuesday, Jan. 23 with the 2nd Annual Homecoming Walk. Royalty, escorts and senior high basketball players will be going to the elementary school to walk the halls at 1:15.
The Homecoming Pep Rally will be in the high school gym at 2:20 p.m. The Coronation will begin at 6 p.m. in Bearcat Gymnasium. The games against the Subiaco Trojans will begin immediately following the Coronation. The Royalty will be escorted by Senior High Bearcat basketball players.
The Homecoming Royalty is Seventh Grade Maid, Sara Ulmer; Eighth Grade Maid, J.J. Cobb; Freshman Maid, Mackie Plymale; Sophomore Maid, Hannah Gregory; Junior Maid, Kasidey Thompson; and Senior Maid, Bailey Denton.
The Basketball Homecoming Queen for 2018 is Olivia Tomlin, daughter of Roy Jack Tomlin and Cari Tomlin.
The 2018 BHS boys basketball players escorting the Royalty are seniors Chandler Fritsche, Jacob Gregory and Jordan Hawkins and juniors Blakley Cobb, Logan Bradley, Camryn Lawson, Mason Weaver, Nate Riley, Ian Suttles, Anthony Mattingly, Noah Reyes, Tyler Hall, Brandon Bradley, and Bryce Plymale.
The sophomore players will be escorting the senior cheerleaders and they are: Kaedon Trejo, Kaleb Rhodes, Keaton Canada, Anthony McKesson and Bryce Keeter. Senior cheerleaders are Abbie Heissler, Allyson Lindley, Brooklyn May, Lexi Ross and Brianna Smith.
Operation Graduation will be hosting a pie auction during half time of each game with all proceeds supporting the 2018 Operation Graduation activities.
