The Logan County extension service will be hosting a workshop on identifying and trapping gophers and moles on Tuesday, June 20 at 9 a.m.

The training will be held at the Sullivan farm at Paint Rock on Highway 109 between Paris and Driggs. To get to the farm from the Paris square, go south on Hwy 109 for 4.9 miles, farm will be on the east side of the road, look for signs. From Magazine square, go north on Highway 109 for 9.6 miles, farm will be on east side of road, look for signs.

Jesse Taylor, Extension agent in Franklin County, has years of experience in trapping both moles and gophers and he will conducting the meeting. It will be an informative meeting with plenty of time for questions and answers. It will also include hands-on experience scouting and trapping.
