A benefit for the Chickamuguan Nation Arkansas Band will be held at the Middle School Auditorium in Paris, on Saturday, Nov. 5, starting at 6 p.m. Proceeds from this benefit will be used to promote the Chickamuguan education and our culture. The event is sponsored by the Chickamuga Cherokee Corporation Inc, 501 (c) 3 non profit Indian corporation organized under the laws of the Sac Fox Nation.

Performances will be by Michael Dale Deese, and Nashville record artist from Mountain View. Deese, available at http://www.reverbnation.com/michaeldeese is a singer and song writer of country, gospel and bluegrass music.

The event will also feature Shanna James, who has been classically trained by a professional at the London Conservatory of Music. She has modeled in Memphis, Vegas and spent one summer modeling in L.A. Also performing will be the Cook Sisters, Allison, 17, and Madelyn Cook, 12.

Tickets for adults are $10, children 6-12 $5, children under 6 free.
