All fathers in attendance will receive a free gift during the 9:01 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. worship services Sunday at Evangel Temple Assembly of God, 1110 S. 12th St. Each father will also be entered into a drawing for a free grill.

Fellowship to host gathering

Oil and Wine International Fellowship will host Kingdom Momentum, a three-day apostolic and prophetic gathering, Thursday through June 24 in the Belle Star conference room at the DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Smith City Center, 700 Rogers Ave.

A welcome reception will begin at 4 p.m. Thursday. Sessions will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday; at 9 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Friday; and at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. June 24. Speakers include Apostle Pat Porter, Bishop David Quartey, Apostle Pamela Vinnett and Apostle Charlotte Phillips.

There will also be a special worship service at 6 p.m. June 25 at The Better Life Church, 4615 S. 16th St.

Admission is free, and everyone is welcome to attend.

Vacation Bible school time

Several area churches will be holding vacation Bible school in the coming weeks. Here are a few:

• Heart of Worship Baptist Church will hold its vacation Bible school for grades K-6 from 6-8 p.m. Monday-Friday at 5001 N. O St. in Fort Smith. Theme is Over the Moat. Parents must bring children the first night; they can sign up for the church van the rest of the week.

• Hartford First Baptist Church will hold its vacation Bible school from 6-8:30 p.m. June 25-30 for kindergarten-sixth grade at the church in Hartford. Registration will be 9-11 a.m. June 24.

• Amp'd Camp at East Side for third- to sixth-grade students will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 10-14 at 2710 Massard Road in Fort Smith. Visit www.myeastside.tv or call (479) 452-1481 for information.
